I first trained with Reiki 1 in 2006, on the wild and beautiful island of Anglesey, Wales. Following the Usui Shiki Ryoho lineage, I became a Reiki Master in 2008. In that time, I also began training as doula under the guidance of Nurturing Birth and training with the Shiatsu College of Manchester in their intensive 3 year program. Since becoming a Reiki Master, I have developed my own Reiki training Rebel Rose Reiki focusing on clean energy practice and heart-centered connection.
I became a fully recognized birth doula in 2010 and have also completed further training with Nurturing Birth to teach antenatal classes. I was the North Wales Regional Rep for Doula UK for several years. I have now also trained with Sacred Doula .
I graduated from the Shiatsu College in 2010 as well as completed a Post Graduate year of study in 2011 and had a flourishing practice in the seaside towns of Pwllheli and Abersoch. I have focused study specifically in women’s health. Following a clear call from the plant kingdom, I completed training as a flower essences practitioner with Essentially Flowers and trained with Aromavision UK to make essential oil based products. I produce my own line of flower essences both here in the States at Sweet Lovin’ Ranch and in the UK with Jessica Smithson at Soul Tree Essences. I have recently completed a Diploma in Naturopathic Nutrition with the Center of Excellence.
I am also a qualified Journey of Young Women Mentor.
Most recently, in 2014, I have joined the Sacred Living Movement and am an Elder Priestess with the Red Moon Mystery School. I have the honor to carry a red drum and teach red drum making as developed by Nikiah Seeds. I teach both the Sacred Pregnancy & Birth Journey classes, hold fertility support circles and run the Sacred Medicine Cupboard and Sacred Fertility programs with Jessica Smithson.
In January 2017, my first book, Sacred Medicine Cupboard was published by North Atlantic books. I had the pleasure of co- authoring this inspirational exploration of Natural Family Wellness with Anni Daulter and Jessica Smithson.
